The effects are not dramatic but they are noticable over time. I feel more balanced and less worn down at the end of the day. Quality seems good and the packaging looks clean and professional. Would recomend for long term use.

Have been taking this product for a little over two weeks now and I am seeing and feeling the result. I feel energized and get through my afternoon tiredness slump without issues. Out of all of the different brands I have tried, this one is definitely the thickest, and most concentrated. It is very easy to dose out, Due to its consistency. They do give you a wooden dosing spoon, a metal one would be nice though. Overall, if you use this stuff, this is probably the brand to go with. Very concentrated, get what you pay for it. Highly recommended.

Finally, I found a good one that’s not as soft as jelly and not as hard as rock. Oh, and thanks for the good packaging! UPS had no chance of destroying it 😬

I acquired this shilajit through Vine.I was interested in the product for it's claims in improving focus.I have only used it once, so I can't really say whether it helps with my ability ot focus or if it provides any other benefits.After poking and stirring a little, I put a small scoop in my coffee.The taste I think was similar to an MCT oil, which I've used previously.I'll continue adding to my coffee.The box offers a recipe that sounds interesting, but I don't have anything like that in my daily regimen, so coffee it is.The resin texture is interesting. I think I'd prefer a powder or liquid form as these forms would be more easily measured than the resin.

I had just recently heard about this substance for the first time and was interested because of the multiple benefits this concentrated collection of minerals could have on the body. I took it at night (didn't know it's recommended to take in the morning) but I had an empty stomach because I hadn't eaten for 6-8 hours. I dissolved the tiniest amount in water and drank it and within 5 minutes had the urge to go to the bathroom and eliminate, which I did successfully. This usually happens in the morning when I wake up, but if this is related to the shilajit, I'm impressed. It's extremely thick and sticky and gummy but I like that they gave me a little wooden stick to scoop it up with and it's just the right size for pushing the substance into the side of the glass to dissolve it. I just feel really good each time I take it. I don't know if I'll ever be able to tell what the isolated effects of it are over time because I take so many other good healthy substances for various other reasons and I'm on a really healthy diet. But I rely on my gut feeling to tell me what to take and I get a good feeling about this. The product is packaged very nicely and securely and consciously, with a guide to how much to take (see my pix). At first I thought it would be a real problem getting to dissolve but now I'm finding the technique that helps it dissolve in plain water really quickly (the wooden stick is great). I'm taking much less than the recommended amount but feel it's enough for me for now at least. This will last me for a really long tim. I'm impressed so far. Powerful stuff.

The shilajit is great for having portable tea on the go. Just a small bit of it goes a long way and the packaging for this little container is really beautiful. The shilajit tastes strong and I can definitely feel its effects. Great product and great bang for the buck!
