Shipping policy
SECTION 1 - SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES
1.1. Domestic Shipping: Shipping rates are determined by weight, destination, and the selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times will be provided upon checkout. Please note that while we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
SECTION 2 - SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
2.1. Upon shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Use this number to track your order's progress.
SECTION 3 - DAMAGED OR LOST ITEMS
3.1. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@wellnessveritas.com with details and photos of the damage.
3.2. Wellness Veritas is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address entered for an order. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure their address is correct and to monitor package delivery.
SECTION 4 - RETURNS & REFUNDS
4.1. Please refer to our Return Policy for information about returning products. Only items that have been directly purchased from Wellness Veritas can be returned.
