Refund policy

30-Day Return Policy: You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return. Should you wish to initiate a return, ensure your item is in its original condition, unused, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging. Always keep the receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiating a Return: Contact us at info@wellnessveritas.com for return requests. For approved returns, we’ll provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions. For the return address, please send to: 530 S Lake Ave, Ste 335 Pasadena, CA 91101. Do note, items returned without a prior request will not be accepted.

Damages: Received a defective or damaged product? Or perhaps the wrong item? Reach out to us immediately for assistance.

Non-returnable Items: We cannot process returns for perishable goods, custom or personalized items, certain personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Not sure about an item? Please contact us before making a purchase.

Sale Items: All sales on discounted items are final. They cannot be returned.

Exchanges: For a smooth exchange process, return the original item first. Once we acknowledge receipt and approval, you can then place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of its status. If approved, expect a refund to your original payment method within 15 business days.
