SECTION 1 - CANCELLING AN ORDER
1.1. Order Cancellation Window: Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been shipped.
1.2. Requesting Cancellation: To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team at info@wellnessveritas.com with your order number and the reason for the cancellation.
1.3. Confirmation of Cancellation: Once your cancellation request has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
SECTION 2 - AFTER SHIPMENT
2.1. If your order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel it. You may, however, be eligible for a return once you receive your order. Please refer to our Return Policy for more details.
SECTION 3 - PRE-ORDERS
3.1. For items on pre-order, customers can cancel any time before the shipping date. The same cancellation procedures apply as stated in Section 1.
SECTION 4 - SUBSCRIPTIONS AND RECURRING PURCHASES
4.1. If you have signed up for a subscription or recurring purchase, you can cancel it before the next billing cycle. Please reach out to our customer service team at least three days before the next scheduled payment to ensure cancellation.
4.2. No refunds will be provided for charges that have already been processed.
SECTION 5 - AUTOMATIC REFUNDS
5.1. In the event an ordered item is out of stock or we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you within 24 hours of your purchase. You will be refunded the total amount of the item(s).
